To notify and get your preferred vendors onboard to exhibit at your upcoming bridal show, we will be using a variety of marketing tactics as per our exhibitor marketing plan. One of those tactics that we have found that has worked very well for us in the past is to send your preferred vendors a copy of the letter below on your company letterhead.
It’s a great way for them to hear about the show from your venue, to see your support of the show, and gently remind them that you send them referrals all year so it’s a good idea to support your marketing efforts.
Please read the letter carefully below. Where you see some bolded items, we will be asking you to complete a form to make sure that we get all of the data correct when we print and send these out. All items in uppercase are merge fields.

I wanted to take the time to let you know that the Venue Name has partnered with Rock the Aisle Bridal to host, BRIDAL SHOW NAME TITLE that will be taking place on BRIDAL SHOW DATE. The purpose of this show is to showcase our facility, preferred vendors, and other local wedding professionals.
As a current preferred vendor of the Venue Name or past exhibitor of Rock the Aisle Bridal, you will, of course, have first preference to showcase at the event. As we have supported your business in the past with referrals, we ask that you support us in this project.
Rock the Aisle Bridal has ensured us that a maximum of four vendors per category will be allowed in the show.
The promotional advertising package includes the following:
An eight foot display space and six-foot display table with linens and full electrical access
Complementary company listing in the Rock the Aisle Vendor Directory
Complete listing of all pre-registered and attended brides
